Adidas shall compensate for Qualified Sales based upon the Net Invoice Price of Products. Sales must occur within 30 days from the date the click-through is initiated. The commission shall be calculated on a monthly basis using the following system:

7% commission on sales under $1,000
10% commission on sales of $1,001 - $5,000
13% commission on sales of $5,001 - $10,000
17% commission on sales over $10,000
