Commission Rate
The payout is $10.50 for each mortgage refinance lead that is submitted and valid.

A lead is considered valid if:
1) All required fields are completed by the user
2) Name, address and phone number are all valid and can be verified as belonging to the user
3) User was not incentivized in any manner to complete the request
4) User was not offered other mortgage/refinance offers at time of initial request
5) User has not submitted a request to Bills.com in prior 30 days
6) User was not shown rates and fees for mortgage or refinance loans that have not been approved by Bills.com
