You will be paid said commission during the next normal payment cycle. You do NOT need to wait for the customer to complete (consume) their hotel stay. For example, a booking made today will be paid on or about the 20th of next month (with your normal SAS payment).

You will be paid that commission even if that customer subsequently does not complete that hotel stay or cancels the reservation. The only exceptions will be in the event of fraudulent reservations being detected.
