The LAB, based in Glendale, Arizona, is the Southwest's premiere mixed martial arts training center. This state-of-the-art facility has over 14,000 square feet of training area and four training rooms.

The Lab offers flexibility, guidance and the expertise that is required for all levels of interest from the individual fighter to every member of the family. With four training rooms, we are able to teach a wide variety of classes in specialized training areas. The Lab’s expanded hours provide opportunities to train morning and night. In addition, children’s classes correspond to adult classes creating a truly family-friendly environment.
