Trademark bidding is not allowed. You may not bid on any RingCentral trademark keyword (see protected keywords). Using our competitors' trademark keywords in search campaigns is also prohibited.
Ad Copy
Use of trademarks in the ad Copy is permitted. Use of trademarks in the ad Subject Line is not permitted.
Language such as “official site” in keyword descriptions is not permitted
Display URL
Display URLs in paid search must not be RingCentral.com (including variations & misspellings)
Custom landing pages CAN be created upon request to increase your conversions and relevancy
Domains
Domains with trademark misspellings are permissible ONLY upon request and should be sufficiently different from our URLs to avoid consumer confusion
Domains can contain trademarks as an extension only (i.e. www.website.com/ringcentral)
